Our place to be Forty Four in Düsseldorf is a place where you can feel good all around. The entrance to the location is through our entrance hall. It has about 100 square meters with direct access and a view of the roof terrace as well as a ceiling height of seven meters. A 75-inch LED screen is installed in a permanently installed cabinet wall, which can be used with pleasure.
This part of the location is divided when booking the location by room or exclusive when booking the location as a whole. Two rooms lead off from here: the living room and the Amsterdam Lounge. The location can be booked room by room or exclusively.
Our cozy living room offers the ideal ambience for this. With a generous 217 m² of space and room for up to 199 standing and 130 seated people, this room allows enough room to unfold without seeming oversized. A mobile grandstand, lounge seating and built-in counter elements with comfortable bar stools invite people to linger. The bright and friendly character of the room, complemented by lovely decorations, is based on the Scandinavian "hygge style". An additional highlight is the direct access from all rooms to the roof terrace, which invites you to linger especially on balmy summer days.
Our location is characterized by innovative event technology. With a rollable 75-inch flat screen, integrated surround system, Sennheiser® wireless microphones and fully blackout windows, it offers the perfect equipment for events of any kind. At the same time, it can be individually customized according to the guests' wishes.
As a contrast to our living room, we have designed the Amsterdam Lounge, which is characterized by a darker character in a modern "industrial look". On 120 m² the Amsterdam Lounge offers space for extraordinary events and meetings. Whether a frontal meeting with up to 80 people or a small team cooking event, everything is possible here. The equipment is also at the highest level in our Amsterdam Lounge. A UHD flat screen, surround system and an integrated kitchen island are part of the fixed equipment as well as an innovative, area-wide WLAN network.

In general, we do not have fixed event times. For evening events we set a first "guideline" at 03:00 at night. After this we would have to charge a separate surcharge per hour.
Yes, the 44 forty four in Düsseldorf can be used multifunctionally and simultaneously. The "skyframe" also creates a fully acoustic separation.
Since we are firmly working together with our catering partner Food Explorer, it is unfortunately not possible to organize your own catering
The size of our tables is 75cm x 150cm.
Of course, you can decorate the location according to your taste and rearrange furniture according to possibilities. Whether you want to use a booked service provider or rather take it into your own hands, is entirely up to you. If the area is changed by pasting, changing the furniture, etc., the location must only be returned to the original condition.
Based on experience, the use of armor tape or adhesive tape on the floor is not permitted.
Signage in the entrance area and in the elevators, by roll-ups or similar, is not permitted. However, you are welcome to book the LED wall in the foyer of the first floor.

Out of consideration for our neighbors and to preserve the night's peace, we ask that you keep the windows and doors closed from 10:00 pm. For events of a festive nature, such as weddings or company parties, the patio door in the party room and the door in the entrance area will be locked from 22:00. If it gets too loud, we reserve the right to close the doors and windows before 22:00.
The roof terrace is available for smokers or guests who want to get some fresh air. However, its use is limited to a maximum of 15 people (PAX) and conversation should be at room volume. Access to the roof terrace is through the room where the DJ does not play music.
