Our Forty Four in Düsseldorf is the ideal place to feel completely at ease. Entering through the entrance, which has direct access and a view of the roof terrace, the area covers around 100 square meters with a ceiling height of seven meters. A 75-inch LED screen is available for use in a permanently installed wall unit.
If you book the location on a room-by-room basis, this part is divided; if you book the entire location, it is exclusive. Two rooms open up from here: the cozy living room and the Amsterdam Lounge. Both areas can be booked separately or as a complete package.
Our inviting living room offers a generous 217 square meters of space for up to 199 people standing or 130 people seated. A mobile grandstand, lounge seating and comfortable bar stools at built-in counter elements invite you to linger. The Scandinavian-inspired ambience with lovely decorations radiates brightness and friendliness. Especially on warm summer days, the direct access to the roof terrace invites you to linger.
For innovative events, we offer you state-of-the-art technology in our location: a rollable 75-inch flat screen, surround sound, Sennheiser® wireless microphones and windows that can be completely darkened. This equipment can be individually adapted to your needs.
The Amsterdam Lounge, on the other hand, presents itself as a contrast to the living room in a modern industrial look on 120 square meters. Here, extraordinary events and conferences find their space, whether for a frontal conference with up to 80 people or an intimate team cooking event. The top-level equipment includes a UHD flat screen, surround sound and an integrated kitchen island.
Our aim is to offer you, our guests, a unique and appealing experience in Düsseldorf. Our premises are well equipped and can be flexibly adapted to your individual requirements - whether for business events, conferences or private celebrations. With us, you will find the ideal place to turn your ideas into reality.
As of this year, you have the option of booking additional rooms to the main area on the 9th floor. Three additional rooms on the 7th floor increase your flexibility when organizing your events: they offer a private retreat for meetings or video recordings, additional storage options and make set-up and dismantling easier.
You can also rent the 7th floor separately if you are planning a smaller event.
Depending on your requirements, you can either book the entire floor or a single room.
The characteristic charm of the main space is also retained in this extension: a clear design, floor-to-ceiling windows and an outstanding view over the city!
