Forty Four in Düsseldorf welcomes you with an open-concept entrance area (approx. 100 m², 7 m ceiling height) and direct access to the rooftop terrace with views of the skyline. The moment you arrive, you’ll experience a sense of spaciousness and sophistication. From here, you’ll find two versatile event spaces—the Living Room and the Amsterdam Lounge—which can be booked separately or as the entire venue.
The Living Room (217 m²) can accommodate up to 199 people and features a bright, Scandinavian-inspired atmosphere, flexible furnishings, and direct access to the rooftop terrace. The Amsterdam Lounge (120 m²) provides a modern contrast with its industrial style and is ideal for conferences, workshops, or special events. Both areas are equipped with high-quality, customizable technology and create the perfect setting for both professional and private events.

In addition to the main space on the 9th floor, you can also book a separate room on the 7th floor as needed. It offers a private retreat for meetings, serves as a back office, coat check, or breakout space, and makes it easier to organize, set up, and take down your event.
