Your tasks

• You plan, coordinate and allocate staff for our events.
• You keep an overview in stressful situations and don't let yourself get rattled.
• You communicate and negotiate contractual conditions with our (personnel) service providers and acquire new partners.
• You monitor compliance with our BC standards in terms of outfit and appearance.
• You can keep an eye on the costs at all times.
• You are responsible for all administrative tasks relating to scheduling (e.g. activity reports or employee leasing contracts).
• You implement new work processes and procedures for smooth and efficient scheduling.

Our wishes

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and preferably have professional experience in scheduling - ideally in the catering, hotel or event management sector.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German
• You are committed, reliable, resilient and punctual.
• You can respond to requests spontaneously and at short notice while always maintaining your structure.
• You don't give up and are only satisfied when the last free shift is filled.
• You describe yourself as a hands-on personality and also jump in at the event yourself.
• You have a perfect command of written and spoken German and English.
